Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve Visitor Center

Tijuana Estuary sign

So the Tijuana Estuary was a great place to get outside.  It was great spending the day being outside.  I just came from a bird and butterfly garden that also was attached to the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park. There is a great visitor center to be able to go into and walk around and read about the Tijuana Estuary. So I decided to do a little walking.  I decided to walk the North McCoy Trail which is about .3 miles.  It was really a great little walk.  There really is a lot of nature that you get to see and if you are into photography like I am there is a lot to be able to take photos of.

This was one of the plants that I saw and with this one, if you look close.  There must be something on the plant or something.  If you know what it is, please comment below.  It looked like little clear balls all over the plant.

You can see the trail on the right of the next picture.  It is a very easy walking trail.  There are a couple places to be able to sit and just relax and enjoy the fresh air.
